Dec 2005The Yamaguchi Bank, Ltd. and Momiji Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Companies") entered into a "Basic Agreement Regarding Management Integration."
Mar 2006The Companies entered into an "Agreement Regarding Joint Stock Transfer."
May 2006The Companies entered into a "Joint Stock Transfer Agreement."
Jun 2006Resolutions were approved at the Ordinary General Meetings of Shareholders and meetings of shareholders of various classes of the Companies to establish the Company via joint stock transfer, with the Companies becoming its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Sep 2006The Companies obtained authorization from the Financial Services Agency for the establishment of a bank holding company that has banks and bank holding companies as its subsidiaries.
